Licensed health psychologist who sees TribeWellz from both sides of the stethoscope. As a clinician, she understands burnout — the systemic pressure, the impossible hours, the culture of "push through." As a patient who nearly died, she understands the transformative power of people who show up.

A former medical student who spent four years in medical school before realizing his calling lay elsewhere — but those years gave him something invaluable: a deep, firsthand understanding of the pressures medical professionals face. Ivan brings that personal experience together with his PhD background in technical and scientific excellence to architect TribeWellMD from the ground up.
